Your tasks

• Processing of financial accounting as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing of payment transactions and dunning
• Reconciliation work on general and subsidiary ledgers
• Monthly VAT and Intrastat declarations
• Assistance with monthly and year-end closing
• Processing of travel expense reimbursement requests
• Support with other financial accounting tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• Structured, independent and meticulous working style
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Quick comprehension, team orientation and confident demeanor
• Proficient use of standard office software (Excel, Word)
• Experience with ERP systems
