From toner powder to the finished cartridge

Filling lines with high filling accuracy are used in cartridge production.

All cartridges are tested for pressure resistance before filling. Once the cartridges have been filled to the correct weight, they are automatically capped and run through a cleaning station. The latter ensures that only clean cartridges are delivered to the customer.

The filled cartridges are transported on a conveyor belt for further packaging.
